Das Neue Land bietet nach abgeschlossener stationärer Rehabilitation Ambulante Suchtnachsorge an, auch als Kombimodell:

-  Ambulante Suchtnachsorge in Kombination mit Ambulant Betreutem Wohnen (ABW)

-  Ambulante Suchtnachsorge in Kombination mit Hilfe in besonderen Wohnformen (HBW) und Tagesstätte
